Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of food service operations at U Need a Pita. This position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
  • Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
Safety and Security

Must be bondable to ensure the safety and security of the workplace.
