Culinary Services Supervisor

The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc. is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
The position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the food service team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This role will involve supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work ConditionsThe position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
