Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The work setting is within a fast-paced food service establishment, where efficiency and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Conditions- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing.
- Strong client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
