Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, working with donors, and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers, donors, and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process donations, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
