About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Invesco. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall client experience and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business or financial services environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer support tools
