Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Kenneth Robert Courville. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support client care
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a care-related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Willingness to relocate to rural areas
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in rural areas, and you will be required to work in their homes. We offer optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.
