The Position:

In the role of Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will support the store management team in embedding the company values and customer commitments within your team and throughout the store by demonstrating, mentoring, and delivering high-quality training. You will also aid in executing a sales and merchandising strategy while fostering a highly engaged team environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting loss prevention measures in the store, including involvement in prevention tactics and investigations.
  2. Assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and pricing to optimize sales in your designated categories.
  3. Achieving and surpassing sales targets and objectives in your department.

What you bring to the position:

  4. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service.
  5. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
