As a Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team-oriented environment that promotes inclusivity and strong relationships. Your focus will be on driving store performance by guiding the team to meet sales and profitability targets, overseeing recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and professional development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and work schedules will be essential for your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, loss prevention strategies, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, developing, and training a talented team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customer engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Who you are (What you will bring):
- You possess 1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000(Salary may vary based on relevant experience)
