We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at G. Abato and Sons Italian Market. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries and desserts that showcase our Italian heritage.
Responsibilities- Education and Training
- Hold a certificate or diploma in a related field, such as baking and pastry arts.
- Or have equivalent experience in a commercial bakery or pastry shop.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with frequent exposure to heat, odors, and other allergens.
- Screening Questions
- Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
- Do you reside in proximity to our location?
- Do you have previous experience in the baking and pastry industry?
- What is the highest level of education you have completed?
- Experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery or pastry shop.
