Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview
The Customer Support Associate will be instrumental in managing the Customer Service desk and Order Management functions, playing a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction.
Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, including matters related to delivery, order discrepancies, and resolution of issues, is a fundamental aspect of this position. Additionally, providing support to the Order Management desk by ensuring timely and accurate order entry will be a significant responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Health and Safety
- Foster a culture prioritizing safety.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Department to implement safety management systems and comply with all safety regulations.
- Promptly report any known workplace hazards or violations in accordance with company procedures.
Core Functions
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an industrial setting and familiarity with MRP systems.
Main Duties:
- Client Service: Address client inquiries through various communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve client issues concerning:
- delivery timelines
- order accuracy
- billing inquiries.
- Manage invoice adjustments: investigate discrepancies and inform the Accounts Receivable team when a credit is warranted.
Order Management:
- Input client orders into the system efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of entered orders.
- Generate and send order confirmations.
- Handle general inquiries related to products and services.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
- 3-5 years in a customer service or order management role, ideally within the glass sector.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer interaction and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of MRP systems in an industrial context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
