Position Overview:

The Customer Experience & Success Associate (CX&SA) plays a vital role in assisting customers with their online orders and addressing general inquiries. This position is designed for individuals who are committed to finding solutions and delivering the Atlas Experience. The CX&SA reports directly to the Customer Experience & Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers regarding stock availability, shipping updates, and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing issues such as returns, shipping discrepancies, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
  • Handle a high volume of customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
