• Proactively communicate with clients about stock availability, order updates, shipping quotes, and other relevant information.


• Respond to client inquiries via email or phone regarding returns, shipping issues, warranty claims, product questions, and order modifications.


• Manage warranty claims and ensure proper documentation is completed.


• Process returns and follow up on refunds as necessary.


• Reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy in financial records.


• Handle a high volume of client communications, including calls, emails, and support tickets.


• Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.

• Assist vendors with inquiries related to missing parts or damaged items.

Experience:


• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
