Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in greeting and welcoming them to our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support the sales team during the vehicle delivery process, coordinating new and used vehicle deliveries, and promoting our products.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new technologies and features.
  • Prepare the showroom and ensure it is in an attractive and desirable state, showcasing our products in the best possible light.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new technologies and features into the sales process, enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for cars and aptitude for learning detailed product knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate detailed information and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable with automotive technology, with an eagerness to adopt new technologies.
  • Possesses a valid British Columbia Driver's License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
  • A second language is a strong asset.
