Key Responsibilities- Route Planning and Execution: Plan and execute delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are in good working condition, and perform necessary maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of delivery schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
