Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
  • Support the Sales team throughout the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
  • Showcase your passion for automobiles by promoting BMW/MINI product superiority and demonstrating key features and benefits.
  • Embrace new technologies and integrate them into the sales process to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a professional showroom environment by preparing it for optimal presentation and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a desire to learn about our products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to adapt to new technologies in the automotive industry.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License.
  • Second language skills are a valuable asset.
