Npac Aiipc provides a range of services, including general telehealth, expert medical consultations, and mental health support, while also collaborating with hospitals and health systems.

Role Responsibilities: Nurse Practitioners (NP) will play a crucial role in supporting patients through our digital platforms.

In this dynamic setting, you will manage both scheduled and on-demand consultations, primarily through virtual means, with some in-person follow-ups as necessary.

All healthcare professionals share a commitment to clinical quality and patient safety, including cultural safety, clinician wellness, and health equity, particularly for underserved populations.

Key Duties:
  • Assess and treat patients utilizing Npac Aiipc's platforms.
  • Escalate cases to the designated shift leader or medical leadership as needed.
  • Engage in team huddles and handover sessions at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and management teams both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate ongoing patient care with virtual and local in-person teams.
  • Foster a relationship-based culture within our multidisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Canada, in good standing.
  • Experience working with diverse primary care clinical teams.
  • Preferred experience in the digital health sector.
  • Background in a UPCC, walk-in clinic, or primary care clinic.
  • Commitment to advancing the future of healthcare with a focus on quality, innovation, and accessibility.
  • Strong clinical performance history.
  • Passion for promoting the significance of virtual care.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and computer applications.
