About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on culinary arts and kitchen management.
  • Leadership and Training: Proven ability to lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing menus, with a focus on creativity, flavor, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
