About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of menus, ensuring that dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that they are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
