About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of menus, ensuring that dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and recipes, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
