We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and implementing programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- HR Program Development: Develop and implement HR programs that align with our business objectives, including talent development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and organizational development.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights legislation, and Ministry of Labour regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance and disciplinary discussions, investigations, and mediation.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and assist hiring managers with internal job postings and offers, and manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Leave of Absence and Return to Work: Manage leave of absences and return to work programs, including coordinating with payroll and other departments as needed.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of our Health Benefits Plan and Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
- Education: Minimum post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration, and a CHRP designation (or in progress).
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of human resources experience, with a proven track record in building solid relationships within an organization.
- Skills: Strong organization skills, active listening skills, and the ability to identify areas of development and create an action plan and deliver results.
- Credentials: Demonstrated credibility, confidence, and a strong client focus, with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
