Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive to join our team at 5036744 Ontario Limited. As a Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, you will play a key role in shaping the company's human resources and organizational development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, driving business growth and revenue.
- Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Executive Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Awareness: Demonstrate strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Team Player: Be a team player, with a strong commitment to collaboration and business results.
- Experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
- Work Hours: Work 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
