About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development Vice-President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human resources and organizational development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources and organizational development policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives to drive business results
- Provide strategic guidance on human resources and organizational development matters to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Develop and manage budgets for human resources and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, with a focus on leadership and strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources and organizational development initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
