Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store budgets and financial performance
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, business, healthcare)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
