Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RK Pharmacy Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store is well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our products and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage Inventory: Manage the inventory of our store, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Manage Cash and Sales: Manage the cash and sales operations of the store, including handling customer transactions, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring that all sales are accurately recorded.
- Manage Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained and visually appealing, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store fixtures and displays are in good condition.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other computer applications.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
