Rate of Pay: $56.50

Role Summary:

This position reports to the Manager of Employee Health & Safety and is responsible for overseeing employee disability claims, providing leadership for safety initiatives, and coordinating health and safety committee activities. The role also includes promoting employee health through various initiatives and delivering clinical services such as immunizations and health screenings.

The Employee Health & Safety Nurse will collaborate with the Employee Health & Safety team to provide expertise in health and safety matters, including the implementation of training programs, conducting safety inspections, and enhancing awareness of health and safety services across the organization.


Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and certification in Occupational Health Nursing.
  • Current registration with CARNA.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in occupational health and safety or disability management.
  • Proficient computer skills.
