Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Auto Claims team as Intermediate Auto Claims Advisors. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers during their time of need, providing guidance through the claims process while ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by navigating through the claims process, investigating auto collision claims, and addressing their concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, ensuring best practices are followed and taking ownership of customer outcomes.
- Work independently in a digital environment, utilizing technology to manage claims effectively.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest practices in claims management.
- Contribute to special projects and provide insights to enhance Aviva's commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Auto Claims Adjusting is preferred.
- Experience in a Call Center environment is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in working within a digital framework and performing online tasks.
- A genuine interest in improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude that aligns with our organizational culture and values.
