About the Role
As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in assessing and resolving claims related to auto bodily injury incidents. You'll be responsible for investigating the details of each claim, determining coverage eligibility, and negotiating fair settlements with policyholders and claimants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into auto bodily injury claims to establish liability, damages, and applicable coverage.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution within established company guidelines and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders and claimants, providing clear communication and updates throughout the claims process.
- Analyze policy documents, endorsements, and relevant legal precedents to ensure accurate claim assessments and settlements.
- Identify opportunities for subrogation and salvage to minimize financial losses for the company.
Qualifications
- Possess a University Degree or College Diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant claim management software.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and upholding ethical business practices.
