At Aviva, we're seeking a skilled Auto Claims Advisor/Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our Auto Claims team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the claims process, conducting investigations, and making decisions on the best course of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate auto collision claims and provide exceptional customer service
  • Comply with company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best practice methods and taking responsibility for customer and claims outcomes
  • Work autonomously in a digital environment
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling
  • Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva's initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting is an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
  • Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to improving processes to create a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work within and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values
