Restaurant Operations Manager

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Manage costs by optimizing product pricing and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible work environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 11-15 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
