Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Westland Beauty Supplies Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory levels, and stockroom organization to optimize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
