Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Natural Bites Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a general merchandise store.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
