Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Epic Menswear. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues that may arise, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
