Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Westland Beauty Supplies Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
