General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Westland Beauty Supplies Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of retail staff, assign tasks, and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to ensure that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire new staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, resolve any issues or complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
The General Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
