Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled General Store Manager to join our team at Natural Bites Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize store performance.
  • Determine product offerings and pricing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Plan and manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient store operations.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35-40 hours per week.
