Join our team at Noodles Express as a Kitchen Helper. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen items including dishes, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Food Preparation: Assist in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, as well as portioning and wrapping food items.
- Service Support: Bring clean dishes and utensils to serving areas and set tables for dining.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate areas.
- Cleaning Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a tidy work environment.
This position is based in an urban area and may require standing for extended periods. The role is physically demanding, with the ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Qualifications- No formal education required; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week, and public transportation is readily available for commuting.
