Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory levels.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and budget performance.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to train and develop staff.
