Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist - Paid Social to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of omnichannel marketing campaigns, optimizing towards revenue and profitability goals.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of paid social and programmatic campaigns against defined KPIs.
- Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly media planning across digital channels.
- Build and present media plans against revenue goals.
- Implement paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including set-up, daily monitoring, pacing, and optimization.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee campaign performance.
- Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements, and pacing for social marketing campaigns.
- Gain insights on creative assets to ensure proper optimization against performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with in-house and external agency partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs.
- Evaluate the success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a University/College degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns. A background working at an agency, ecommerce, or tech platform is preferred.
