About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams, as well as other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of our omnichannel marketing campaigns, optimizing revenue and profitability goals through campaign development, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of our social media paid campaigns and targeted advertising campaigns against defined key performance indicators to continuously improve campaign performance against organizational objectives.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital media planning.
  • Develop and present media plans based on product exploitation objectives.
  • Manage the daily implementation of paid social media campaigns across multiple media buying platforms, including setup, daily monitoring, pace, and optimization.
  • Facilitate and maintain regular controls with internal and external partners to guide and supervise performance, pace, and overall campaign management.
  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements, and campaign pace.
  • Obtain creative asset data to ensure adequate optimization against performance objectives.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple media channels and touchpoints.
  • Evaluate the success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions.
  • Responsibility for establishing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and analyses, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, commerce, e-commerce, or a related field, preferably.
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing advertising, social media, and paid search campaigns.
  • Experience within an agency, e-commerce platform, technology platform, or DTC brand.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners, including creative agencies and media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Pertinent certifications in advertising platforms, including Blueprint certification.
  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
