Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Coordinator to join our Groupe Leclerc IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a dynamic environment that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents, while offering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities related to Operational Technology (OT) to ensure seamless project delivery and incident resolution.
  • Understand the context of production operations to respond effectively to internal customer requests and provide timely solutions.
  • Promote rapid resolution of tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up on ticket resolution and propose long-term solutions to recurring issues.
  • Establish priorities and daily needs in collaboration with INFRA technicians to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Work with INFRA technicians to resolve tickets and coordinate follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers.
  • Actively participate in internal and customer projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in improving internal processes and implementing required changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the recommendation and selection of technological alignments for operational activities.
  • Maintain a strategic watch on best IoT tools and practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage the performance, capacity, availability, and security of our IoT network, servers, and data to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Act proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools to prevent system downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects for IoT infrastructure to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Write and maintain complete documentation in our internal library to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Validate existing daily processes and remedy recurring problems to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless incident resolution and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Completion of an ACS in computer science, specializing in networking, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a decentralized environment.
  • Experience working with a work ticket tracking system and willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ability to work in shifts, 24/7, and willingness to be on-call.
  • Demonstrated interest in customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and make judgments to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Professional and proactive attitude, leadership, and rigor.
  • Good stress, time, and priority management skills, and results-oriented approach.
