We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology Coordinator to join our IT Infrastructure team at Groupe Leclerc. As an OT Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a dynamic that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents, while offering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate activities related to Operational Technology, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Contextual Understanding: Understand the context of production operations to respond appropriately to internal customer requests.
- Ticket Resolution: Promote rapid resolution of tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Follow-up and Improvement: Ensure adequate follow-up on ticket resolution and propose long-term solutions to recurring tickets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish priorities and daily needs in collaboration with INFRA technicians and work with them to resolve tickets.
- External Coordination: Coordinate follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers.
- Project Participation: Actively participate in internal and customer projects, improving internal processes and implementing required changes.
- Performance Indicators: Provide team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Technological Alignment: Participate in the recommendation and selection of technological alignments for operational activities.
- Strategic Watch: Maintain a strategic watch on best IoT tools and practices.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage the performance, capacity, availability, and security of our IoT network, servers, and data.
- Proactive Monitoring: Act proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools.
- Maintenance and Improvement: Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects for IoT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Write and maintain complete documentation in our internal library.
- Process Validation: Validate existing daily processes and remedy recurring problems.
- Level 3 Support: Provide level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams.
- Education: Completion of an ACS in computer science, specializing in networking.
- Experience: 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Decentralized Environment: Have worked in a decentralized environment (several sites).
- Work Ticket Tracking: Have already worked with a work ticket tracking system.
- Travel and On-call: Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis and be on-call, in shifts, 24/7.
- Customer Service and Teamwork: Demonstrates an interest in customer service and teamwork.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems quickly.
- IT/OT Improvement: Willingness and dynamism to get actively involved in IT/OT improvement.
- Learning Skills: Good learning skills.
- Manufacturing Environment: Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in OT.
- Network Environments: Knowledge of network environments (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Autonomy and Creativity: Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and creativity.
- Analysis and Judgment: Ability to analyze, synthesize, and make judgments.
