Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Coordinator to join our team at Groupe Leclerc. As an OT Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a dynamic that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities related to OT (Operational Technology) to ensure seamless project delivery and incident resolution.
  • Understand the context of production operations to respond effectively to internal customer requests.
  • Promote rapid resolution of tickets within agreed SLAs and prioritize tasks judiciously.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up on ticket resolution and propose long-term solutions to recurring tickets.
  • Establish priorities and daily needs in collaboration with INFRA technicians and work with them to resolve tickets.
  • Coordinate follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers and actively participate in internal and customer projects.
  • Participate in improving internal processes and implementing required changes, providing team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and select technological alignments for operational activities and maintain a strategic watch on best IoT tools and practices.
  • Manage the performance, capacity, availability, and security of our IoT network, servers, and data, and act proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects for IoT infrastructure and write and maintain complete documentation in our internal library.
  • Validate existing daily processes and remedy recurring problems, providing level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Completion of an ACS in computer science, specializing in networking.
  • 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a decentralized environment (several sites) and with a work ticket tracking system.
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis (plants in the US and Ontario) and be on-call, in shifts, 24/7.
  • Demonstrates an interest in customer service and teamwork, ability to solve problems quickly, and willingness and dynamism to get actively involved in IT/OT improvement.
  • Good learning skills, demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in OT, and knowledge of network environments (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and creativity, ability to analyze, synthesize, and make judgments, and professional and proactive attitude.
  • Leadership and rigor, good stress, time, and priority management skills, and results-oriented.
