- Problem-Solving and Analysis
- Analyze technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate technical information to non-technical employees in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical systems and services meet business needs.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology).
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to support the needs of the company.
