We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Petabit Networks Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Consulting technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Providing training and guidance to users to improve their technical skills
  • Collecting and maintaining a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Providing support for business systems, networks, and Internet services
  • Setting up equipment for employee use and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
  • Performing backup and recovery operations for web servers
  • Managing incidents and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and requires fluency in English.
