Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
  3. Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
  5. Participate in the design and implementation of new IT systems and processes.
  6. Supervise and mentor technical support staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our IT systems remain secure and efficient.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  5. Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our IT goals.
