Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for staff members, including hiring and training new staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain hotel operations.
