About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Knight Hotel Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that the team is working effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services, ensuring that costs are minimized and that the department operates efficiently.
  • Service Excellence: Work closely with other departments to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of housekeeping staff.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.

Working Conditions
