Hotel Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet hotel needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
- Client Support: Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, and a team player.
