Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment, Skyland Motel Inn & Suites. This position requires a dedicated individual who can oversee daily operations while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment
  • Located in a rural area
  • Focus on hotel, motel, and resort management
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same duties as the team members
  • Assist guests with special requirements
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate work tasks
  • Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary
  • Order materials and supplies to maintain service levels
  • Plan and manage administrative services including cleaning, maintenance, safety inspections, and security
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for overseeing a team of 1 to 2 staff members.

Safety and Security

Must possess a basic security clearance.
