Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn King William. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Client Service: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of hotel equipment, machinery, and computer systems, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, with attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, and a team player.
